Utility Incentives

Many utility companies offer incentives (aka rebates) to their customers to help offset the cost of energy efficiency projects. Southpoint has worked with numerous utility companies across the country to secure available incentive money for our customers. Southpoint is a Trade Ally with many of these utility companies and is an expert at navigating the terms and conditions of such programs.

Our rebate management team works directly with the utility programs to investigate, apply for, document, manage, administer, and process the rebates on your behalf. Rebate programs are often complex and require substantial documentation. We’re proud to have received several awards from Duke Energy, for example, recognizing Southpoint as one of its top Trade Allies.
